OverviewEdit

The Marksman is a premium Sniper-type unit that costs Resource-nanopod 60 to train. It is basically an upgraded Sniper in terms of HP and damage output. The Marksman at Rank 1 has Stat-HP 150 HP and deals 99-121 damage.

Purchasing this unit is not ideal for high level players because sniper units generally become less utilized at these levels, as more and more armored opponents appear. However, buying the Marksman is a shortcut to having improved Snipers without using Resource-bars Bars since the Marksman does not require the SpecOps Center to unlock it. Also, it is cheaper to heal, not costing any Resource-bars Bars.

The Assassinater is an improved, non-nanopod Sniper unit compared to the Marksman, but requires the Prestigious Academy and Resource-star Stars. As the MAX Level limit rises, players who reach level 28 may find the purchase of the Marksman worthwhile instead of waiting another 42 levels to unlock the Assassinater or other more expensive, higher-level Sniper units.

TriviaEdit

  • The .338 is a direct reference to the .338 Lapua Magnum. However the Sniper Rifle itself resembles the Barrett M82 .50 Caliber Anti-Material Rifle.
  • It's strange why it says that the marksman's .338 round is more powerful than the sniper's .50 BMG.
  • The end part of the Marksman's description is a reference to the song 'Shots' by LMFAO.
