OverviewEdit

The Ranged Weapon System is the ranged, offensive arm of the Ancient Sentinel on its right.

The attacks tend to target multiple spaces in a single attack, with the chance to cause fire. The high armor piercing capabilities along with its shorter cooldowns and reloads makes this portion of the Ancient Sentinel a real threat.

The Ranged Weapon System arm is susceptible to being frozen. This will allow you to actually destroy the arm easily with one strike using the Raptor attack from the Trebuchet or two strikes using a Tank Killer. If a player has a r8 wild boar they could also one-shot the arm if it is frozen. It is also susceptible to the explosive status effect, which allows a tank killer to one-shot it if you have a Weapon Tech. However, freeze might be a better alternative, since units can attack while under the explosive effect, but not under freeze.
