BNE was formed a little over a year ago and we are growinging stronger each day. We believe a strong Community generates an environment where members perform because they want to, not because they have to. In our first year we gradually increased our performance and completed Tier 11 in the last three boss strikes.

To maintain our current progress and build a strong foundation for our future, we are looking for members to add to our family. Because we have built BNE from the ground up on establishing a strong community, 1% of the estimated running BP total during boss strikes is what we ask. We divide the estimated running BP total by 100 members and that is your part. Because the running total changes each boss strike we have established 130,000 as a minimum. Members are not faulted for not achieving the minimum or participation because life gets in the way. On our forum we have an "On Leave" thread just for that reason. How do we continually finish Tier 11 going into a boss strike with members "on leave" and sometimes not a full roster? Because boss strike participation with BNE is conducted in a fun atmosphere with members out doing each other for leaderboard positions.
