Overview

The Tool Shop produces Tools for and . It's production is required for many missions during the game, usually multiple sets of goods. For this reason it can be advantageous to construct multiple Tool Shops when supplies and space allow. Since they can be deactivated and only take 1 worker up when you have them inactive, this is a very viable option to take.
