The Wolf Pickup is a premium Silver Wolf unit trainable at the Mercenary Vault for 40 .
The Pickup exceeds even a fully promoted Commando in terms of power, offense, cost, and survivability. However, a Commando still has some niche bonuses over the Pickup, notably an explosive attack which can target units behind cover. Combined with the moderate critical chance, this unit in general is a very good against infantry. However, its combat value on the frontlines are limited: it is useless against any unit with . Where the Wolf Pickup would be able to bring down opponents successfully, such as unarmored Raider infantry and mounted critters, there are more versatile units which are nearly as effective at the same task, and are far cheaper, available earlier or more versatile. It is also very vulnerable to the many high-damage attacks, its lack of or resistances a liability. However, this is partially compensated by the good defense and dodge statistics. This unit is not considered a good buy as a result.
The Wolf Pickup looks exactly the same when facing forward as it does facing back, which is a design error. If logic is applied, the pickup, if symmetrical, would be flipped when on the opposite side.
Either a Wolf Enforcer or Silver Wolf Judge is driving this, as the gun that is shooting is a taped/bandaged AK-47, which is the Enforcer/Judge's.
